Responsibilities:
Preparation of necessary project documentation for Project managera (recording and structuring information; maintaining tables/boards on contractors, legal and financial obligations, schedules);
Search for contractors, information, goods in public sources;
Monitoring the status of completed works. Monitoring of deadlines;
Maintaining travel support for office staff (organizing business trips for the team).
Preparation and submission of reports to the customer (tables, graphs and other reports required by the customer within the project).
Requirements:
Attention to detail.
Ability to work in multitasking mode.
Good knowledge of excel + google spreadsheets, word, Miro, Trello, calendar.
Readiness for a non-normalized day.
Ability to work with a large amount of information.
Responsibility.
Experience from 3 years as a project coordinator (experience as an office manager or clerk may also be considered).
